**Who to message**: RevOps/Sales Ops/Biz Ops leaders at mid-market SaaS companies who are:
- 1st or 2nd degree connections
- Active on LinkedIn (posted or engaged in last 2 weeks)
- Not already registered for the webinar

**Rules**:
- Personalize the first line for every single message (reference their company, a post they wrote, or their role)
- Do NOT use InMail blasts or automation tools — these are manual, personal messages
