Recommendation for roadmap update

Prioritize the top 3 experiments — all targeting the account-creation step, which is exactly where yesterday's review flagged the biggest drop-off (41.2% → 38.9%):

  1. Shorten the form (RICE 11,220) — Highest reach (22k), highest confidence (85%), and lowest relative effort. This is the clear #1 bet. Cutting 5 optional fields directly attacks the primary drop-off point.

  2. Social sign-up (RICE 7,040) — Second-highest reach (18k) and the largest single-idea impact score (2.2). Heavier effort (4.5) but the password-friction hypothesis is strong for mobile traffic.

  3. Two-step wizard (RICE 5,578) — Good complement to #1; chunking the remaining required fields keeps the shorter form feeling even lighter.

Quick win to run in parallel: Trust badges (#4) has the lowest effort of all eight ideas (1.8) and requires no eng changes to the form itself — Design can ship it while eng works on #1–#3.

What to defer: Onboarding checklist (#6), exit-intent (#7), and company autofill (#8) score lowest and target later funnel stages. They're worth revisiting once the account-creation bleed is plugged.
